New School Year Prayer!
Elizabeth 6, Garrett 3, Emma 8 We began this new school year yesterday. As we all know it started about 2 weeks ago as we realized it was August... where did the summer go? We swam, played, rode bikes, traveled to family, camped in our backyard, ate smores, cooked hot dogs over a fire, bowled, swam more and more, and relearned that our family has built-in playmates that we usually don't play with during the school year as much, went to parks, ate ice cream, went to a parade, saw family, crafted, painted, beaded, sun-bathed, ate popsicles and wow so much more. After all that fun now we had a week to check our school supply stock and get last-minute needs, get new shoes since kids keep growing, and just begin talking about what school is like, praying for our classes, and calming nerves about school.
